understanding individual differencesWe would hope, that as individuals we recognise and value variations in personalities. Unfortunately, not all of us do. This workshop focuses on understanding the wider implications of such variations in the workplace, hence improving communication and reducing the potential for conflict. Understanding individual personality types has a major impact on workplace relations and subsequently on productivity. In the business/corporate world we often need to be subtle in our communication to achieve the optimum results we want. However, ‘good people’ are often defined according to their skills in communication. This workshop focuses on understanding that we all have different preferences in the way we communicate and make decisions and how this affects our communication in the work place. In this workshop one of three tools are used – MBTI, ExtendedDiSC or DiSC. The workshop can be tailored from 4 hours to 2 days depending on the depth required. |
