Your level of expertise in ensuring involvement and engagement of all attendees was evident with the translation of major concepts into our working document. In addition we were able to achieve the objectives of the day through your bright innovative and creative ways of keeping the day on track and attendees interested and engaged in all activities. The feedback from the attendees has been nothing short of positive and they have indicated a sense of ownership of the process through this workshop. May 2011 ____________________________ "Kaye is a fabulous facilitator and teacher. She made sure the class was very interesting and kept us engaged at all times. We practiced coaching in class to demonstrate the differences between coachee types. Kaye was able to be very critical without being judgmental and somehow managed to be supportive at the same time which kept the participants comfortable. That's a talent! I was very sorry class was over. I learned so much." Nicoline Mundel, Llicensed Attorney & CoachU Student. Kenny Brixey, CoachU student - 2010 ____________________________ "I would like to sincerely thank you for facilitating the 'Understanding Individual Differences'workshop. The Level 2 Registered Nurses thoroughly enjoyed the workshop and have spoken fondly about it with their fellow team members. (They have asked everyone if the would kill a koala!!!) Again thank you! Jeff Potter, Nursing Director, Mater Adult Hospital, Mater Health Services Brisbane Ltd. - March 2010 ____________________________ Kaye was wonderful facilitator. This was the first time I took one of her classes and I had heard great things about her before I signed up. From Class 1 Kaye gave the class a sense of intimacy as well as lightness with her sense of humor. What I really liked was Kaye's unique style of bringing the course material to life with great examples, imagery, models - all useful to us. It wasn't boring and I was able to get more out of the class. She also made each class different - four classes with four different formats the very last one being a coaching session! Kaye will be at the top of my list for instructors! Thanks, Kaye! Edna Valentino, Coaching Student, Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, USA - February 2010 ____________________________ "Thanks so much Kaye. You run a really great class. I find it so Stacy Walsh, Coaching Student, Boston, Massachesetts, USA - June 2009 ____________________________ "Kaye is dynamite! She cuts through the noise." Deborah Morgan-Purrer, Operating Theatre Manager - April 2009 ____________________________ "Excellent. Extremely practical. A sure-fire recipe to turn good into great. Thanks Kaye." Steve, National Manager, AON Risk Management - February 2009 ____________________________ Kaye has facilitated a number of workshops and seminars for me. These include professional development workshops for clinical midwives and midwifery group practice midwives. Through effective communication and facilitation, Kaye has imparted skills and knowledge to these midwives to enable growth and development in practice.
Additionally, Kaye has provided coaching for midwifery staff who are developing their practice through a structured framework of practice development. Anne, Practice Development Midwife - June 2008 ____________________________ Kaye has facilitated several session for the staff in the Intensive Care Unit. The sessions delivered were aimed at developing self awareness and leadership skills which involved staff having to look at their own personality types and leadership styles. Prior to the arranged dates Kaye ensured she had an understanding of why the sessions were being offered, what the desired outcomes were and what were the participant’s expectations. Kaye was very professional in her approach to the sessions and came well prepared with all the necessary equipment to engage the staff, not only audibly but included tactile and visual learning tools.
During the session kaye assessed the varied styles of the participants and facilitated the sessions to ensure it offered a range of ways for staff to relate to the topic and gain the most insight into the learning opportunities. The feedback received by the participants from the sessions was very positive and they all recommended the sessions for staff considering developing their self awareness and leadership skills in the future. I highly recommend Kaye to facilitate education sessions and hope to engage her expertise again in the near future. Kim, Clinical Nurse Educator, Intensive Care Unit - March 2008 ____________________________ Kaye has facilitated a number of leadership workshops for my team.
