Coaching4success’ coaching niche or specialty is communication.   The type of communication goals individuals often present with include:

Such communication goals often derive from problems that an individual may not even know exist.  For example, a leader may be highly skilled technically but have difficulty engaging their team. Often in these circumstances, it may simply mean that communication has broken down.  In acute situations, ineffective communication between leaders can place an organisation’s performance at risk. And rather than replacing, rehiring or changing HR structures, a coach can assist leaders, in these circumstances, to realise the impact of their practices and adopt new, more effective communication skills.
