Coaching4success’ lead coach, Kaye Blackburn is passionate about motivating, challenging and supporting new and emerging leaders to transform the potential into success and produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses and organisations.  She shares a lifetime of knowledge, experience and skills with all of her coaching clients.

As a professional Coach having graduated from Coach University, Kaye holds an Associate Coaching Certification (ACC), with the International Coach Federation (ICF).  Kaye will soon be applying for her Professional Certified Coach (PCC), with the ICF.  Kaye abides by the ICF Ethical Guidelines.

Kaye is the President of the Queensland Chapter of the International Coach Federation.  The ICF is the largest independent professional association for coaches with over 10,000 members globally.
